First, let’s set up your contracts
HOW IT WORKS
- Set up routes based on location, grade and maximum capacity.
- Parents log on to the portals and only see the transportation options that are available to them.
- Parents make their selections and the fees are automatically calculated.
- Transportation contracts work similar to your regular contracts and can include discounts and deposits.
- Payment options can be configured the same as your tuition contracts and can consist of a payment plan via FACTS, ACH or CC. ACH and CC payments will be created and processed automatically.
- Dashboards, reports and exports keep administration up to date while automatic emails ensure that your parents don’t procrastinate and lose out.
Next, let’s make sure you know how your students will be getting to and from school each day
- Import lists from school districts
- Set up bus runs by day of the week and transportation requests for each individual student based on custody arrangements as needed.
- Allow parents to enter dismissal busing change requests and special instructions online, with notifications being sent to all necessary parties.
- Receive daily dismissal reports based on attendance, club schedule, day of the week and parent requests.
